During the past two years or so I frequently drive past this redundant church. Each time I say to Pam – or to myself – I must photograph that church.

Yesterday I managed to visit the church and took some photographs inside and out.

The chancel is all that remains of the original 1533 St Cuthbert’s church.

Coincidently the building was about to be inspected by the Churches Conservation Trust who cares for the chancel.

I would like to visit this building again when there is more time and in a different season.

The camera I used was a Fuji X-T2 and the lens a wide angle prime Fuji XF 14mm F2.8 R
